Meditation leads to greater physical, mental, emotional and spiritual unity. Simply allow the words to wash over you. It is not necessary to understand, or even hear, all the words. In a relaxed state, it is possible for renewal to happen naturally and effortlessly. Circle of Light Meditation does not represent any particular tradition. It gives you the freedom to relax into your own, unique experience.
